• •Access controls: Only authorized team members can access production systems
• •Regular backups: Your data is backed up regularly to prevent loss

Important: No system is 100% secure. While we do everything we can to protect your data, you should also use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication when available.

4. Who we share data with

We share data with very few parties, and only when necessary:

Service providers we use:

  You can delete your account and all associated data from the settings page. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

  Download your data in CSV or JSON format to move to another service.

• Opt out of emails

  Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime. We'll still send essential account emails.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use minimal cookies and tracking:

• •Web Analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used and improve performance. This is completely cookieless and privacy-friendly - it collects anonymous usage data without tracking you personally or across websites.

7. Children's privacy

TrainerHub Pro is designed for dog training businesses and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If you believe we have accidentally collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we'll delete it.
